Information on canceling your appointment and our refund process.

1. Appointment Cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your medical appointment. If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation with Dr. Pankaj Arora, we kindly request that you notify the clinic as soon as possible.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

All cancellations and requests for rescheduling must be handled manually over the phone. Please do not attempt to cancel an appointment via email or contact forms.

2. Refund Policy

If you prepaid the consultation fee securely online via Razorpay when booking your appointment, refunds are strictly governed by the following provisions:

  • Refunds for canceled appointments are not processed automatically by our online system.
  • To request a refund for an online payment, you must contact the clinic by phone.
  • All refunds are subject to the clinic's discretion and administrative review.
  • Approved refunds will be initiated manually and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit Card, or UPI), depending on standard banking processing times.

3. No-Show Policy

Patients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointments without prior notification ("No-Shows") will forfeit their prepaid consultation fee. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments.
